Performs on-site maintenance and security inspections. Schedules and conducts facility tours for prospective tenants. Conducts tenant orientations. Assists tenants in locating services; resolves tenant complaints. Provides information to the public regarding special programs and the SARTC facility. Receives, records and transmits tenant rental and other payments for processing. Verifies bills and processes appropriate payments. Provides fiscal oversight and prepares the SARTC budget. The Position The City Auditor’s Office is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to provide legal services to the Auditor’s Office. The Deputy General Counsel should be a well-rounded generalist or have significant experience in one or more subject matter areas on which the Auditor’s Office regularly requires legal advice.
