We are recruiting to fill an Education Management Analyst II position to perform responsible professional work in the assessment, planning and effective use of new and current technologies for instructional purposes for judicial employees on automated systems, software technical skills and business skills. Work includes assessing training needs, development of e-learning components, and maintenance of electronic content. Coordinates the development of policies and procedures at a complex level.
- Interprets, analyzes and applies policies and procedures to complex issues.
- Incumbents have substantial knowledge of the unit’s technical work processes, often to the point of being an authoritative source of information on the subject.
- May lead an ongoing program or project. Leading programs or projects includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress and workflow, checking the product, scheduling work, and establishing work standards
- Collects and analyzes data and determines necessity for work performed, applicability of work unit standards, workload, projections, deviations from standards and effectiveness of processes and procedures.
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management and 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
Preferred qualifications: - Working knowledge of the basic principles, methods, and techniques of adult education, instructional design, and the current technologies available to facilitate and enhance training.
- Knowledge of the operations of local and state court systems.
- Knowledge and skills in the use of computer operating systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, RoboHelp, ToolBook, and Adobe Connect.
- Ability to work well in a team environment in the development and delivery of training
