Program Specialist Division of Workers’ Compensation/Enterprise Functions Unit Salary Range: $49,000 - $55,000 * Please Note: The salary/salary range listed in this job description is a base salary only and does not include years-of-service adjustments. Applicants eligible for years-of-service adjustments may exceed the salary/salary range listed above.

The Enterprise Functions Unit supports functions Division-wide by providing data analytics, statistical reporting, technical support, training, organizational change management, and process review and standardization recommendations. The Unit also supports the Division’s modernization efforts by coordinating Division staff and efforts and prioritizing work assignments.
What you will do: - Develop and facilitate training, coaching and team building for both internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Train new and existing staff on systems and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify development priorities.
- Facilitate engaging presentations, track training effectiveness, and suggest process improvements.
- Create guidelines and manuals to standardize processes
- Assist with enterprise communications among internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform assignments under the general guidance and advice from senior management.
All you need for success: Qualifications - 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
