    These positions will be located in the following areas:

    St. Joseph area facilities include Western Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center and Maryville Treatment Center

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

    • Engage with justice involved individuals to create awareness of employment and training opportunities
    • Provide assessments and career guidance to develop learning pathways
    • Collaborate closely with OWD, DOC and partner staff to ensure individual success
    • Provide and document case management activities to individuals who are participating in Re-Entry Connect services
    • Ensure individuals have access to sustainable employment opportunities
    • Collaborate with job center staff and agency partner staff to ensure individuals successful transition into the community
    • Deliver excellent customer service to serving each customer
    • Perform other related work as assigned
    • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance


    • Beneficial education and/or work-related experience includes technical or professional experience in business, personnel, public administration or closely related area, including military service.
    • Time Of Service increase will be added to above-stated base salary at time of hire for current State employees, if necessary.
