This position will be located at
Harry S Truman State Park, 28761 State Park Road West, Warsaw, MO, 65355.Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
This is a temporary, seasonal position, not to exceed 1,000 hours total during the length of the employment. Duration of Assignment: August through October
- Empty trash containers and clean/sanitize restrooms and vault toilets.
- Perform routine grounds and building maintenance.
- Perform weed eating and mowing as needed throughout the park.
- Clean and sanitize shower houses in the campground and clean campsites and fire pits in the campground area.
- Maintain park trail system.
- Assist full time staff on maintenance projects.
- Assist full time staff with recycle program.
- Maintain a valid vehicle operator’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle and small equipment safely.

- Physical Strength and Agility : Ability to bend, lift, climb, stand, and walk for long periods of time; ability to perform moderately heavy laboring work.
