- Be a technical leader: You'll work independently and as part of a collaborative team, designing and testing solutions, defining application problems, and evaluating procedures. While you’ll occasionally be hands-on with code, you’ll need strong skills to review, analyze, and understand it within the context of the overall technology landscape.
- Drive improvement: You'll hold user group meetings, observe system use, and recommend business process improvements to ensure our deployed solutions meet requirements and exceed expectations.
- Office: You will work at City Hall in downtown Ventura at least three days per week, with the remainder of your schedule potentially eligible for remote work based on performance and operational needs.
