This position will be located at the St. Louis Regional Office at
1390 Timberlake Manor Parkway, 2 nd Floor, Chesterfield, MO 63017 .
- Conduct covert and overt audits of emission inspection stations and inspectors to determine compliance with rules and regulations, generating inspection reports.
- Utilize inspection reports and data audits to initiate, assist in and promote enforcement actions to be taken regarding non- compliance with emissions inspection rules and regulations by licensed inspection stations and inspectors.
- Run Data Reports for assigned inspection stations to assist in determining whether inspectors are overall compliant with the rules and regulation regarding emissions inspection performance for the Gateway Vehicle Inspection Program.

- Customer Service: Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
