This position will be located at 1730 East Elm Street, Jefferson City, MO with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Quality, Budget & Planning Section, Data Operations Unit.
- Process Sunshine Requests for two Programs utilizing the Department’s tracking and response system.
- Responsible for working with team members to identify the information required and determine how and where records are retained.
- Responsible for file management, inventory, archiving, and scanning.
- Primary backup for the Program’s receptionist position.

Equivalent to those typically gained by: - 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to organize work assignments
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Missouri’s Sunshine Law
