HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: T his position will be a customer service and technical position that will review and process a variety of documents and applications related to Missouri dealer licensing transactions. These responsibilities involve explaining laws, regulations, and procedures; searching computerized records and files; accurately communicating the requested information to customers either through telephone or email; and processing requests concerning all phases of dealer licensing transactions.

- Good typing skills, good work ethic, and good teamworking skills

QUALIFICATIONS:Six or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
(Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute on a month-for-month basis for the experience at a rate of three earned credit hours for one month.)
