This full-time position will be located at 2351 Kanell Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO. 63901. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional overtime as needed. Hours may be negotiable.

This is a position responsible for paraprofessional human resources related duties. An employee at this level may prepare and review documents, assist in the recruitment process, conduct employee onboarding, and provide information on benefit matters. Some examples of duties may include:
- Process a variety of human resource transactions, including entering data into our system.
- Assist in recruitment activities by posting bids, job opportunities, review applications, background screenings, interviews, attend job fairs and community events, etc.
- Conduct onboarding and new employee orientation.
- Prepare employment letters for new hires and other human resource related letters.
- Maintain human resource files and electronic records system.
- Obtain and track licenses for all staff who require a professional license.
- Maintain and update appropriate spreadsheets.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
