    Overview

    We’re Hiring: Senior Business Process Analyst!

    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (with some flexibility). Hybrid Work: Partial remote work is possible, depending on project needs.

    Responsibilities

    What you'll be doing:
    • Mapping out processes to understand how things work today
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to find better ways forward
    • Analyzing data and presenting insights in clear, easy-to-understand terms
    • Researching solutions from a variety of sources to tackle challenges
    • Sharing recommendations and updates with leadership
    • Managing projects and tracking progress along the way
    • Visiting different County locations to support teams on-site

    What we're looking for:

    Qualifications

    To move forward in the hiring process, candidates must meet the required minimum qualifications. That said, we encourage you to think about your unique background and skills before applying.     • Eight (8) years of experience in quality, process improvement, customer relationship management or related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities managing or leading quality improvement efforts, implementing large, complex projects, and leadership or management supervising cross-functional teams, and indirect teams on a regular basis required. Five (5) years of that experience must be in performance improvement and /or customer relationship management role required.
    • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required. Related education or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt acquired within one (1) year of hire date required. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
    • Training in Systems Thinking, Change Management Principles (ADKAR, or similar), Project Management (PMBOK, PMI, or similar), and Customer Relationship Practices preferred.
    • Licenses/Certification in ITIL foundations, performance improvement (Six Sigma, Certified Performance Technologist or related), or related preferred.
