Examples of Work: - Assist with collecting data for statistical reports to be used by the Home and governmental agencies
- Assist with the flow of clinical information to and from all departments in the Home
- Assist with retrieval of information and preparation of reports
- Respond to requests for clinical information, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality is maintained
- Initiate, maintain, audit, archive, and destruct medical records
- Assist with data entry into and maintenance of the electronic medical records
- Assist with oversight and coordination of health care professional visits
Qualifications - 0 - 1 years of experience in general office, clerical work, and or customer service.
