What you will do: - Open/sort correspondence to prepare for scanning.
- Scanning of documents into KOFAX.
- Work/split and assign fax batches on the KOFAX system.
- Input and retrieve unemployment insurance claims information.
- Work independently within the scope of assigned duties.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
- Seek to assist team members and accept additional assignments willingly.
Qualifications - High School degree (or equivalent) and 1 year of relevant experience (substitutions allowed)
Desired Attributes - Introductory knowledge of, and the ability to apply, interviewing techniques in practical work situations.
- Ability to make accurate arithmetical computations.
- Ability to work rapidly and accurately in examining and processing a variety of documents.
- Ability to consistently display strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and accurately.
- Introductory knowledge of the principles, objectives, and regulations underlying the unemployment insurance program and of the applicable state and federal laws.
- Introductory knowledge of computer and related equipment for data input, retrieval, and word processing.
