Why you’ll love this position:As a Research/Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Division's efforts to support Adult Protective Services (APS) programs managed by the Division of Senior and Disability Services. You will be responsible for accessing, analyzing, exporting, and reporting on data related to APS. You will be an indispensable part of a collaborative APS team working to support decision making and monitor program performance. You will have the opportunity to influence policies and procedures related to data reporting and will play a pivotal role in special research projects.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Access, export, and analyze data from APS data sources, such as REDCap, Missouri Adult Protective Services System (MOAPSS), and historical databases;
- Clean and transform data into a usable, human readable format;
- Create, modify, and publish Ad Hoc and recurring reports for internal and external APS stakeholders;
- Interpret data to discover and share trends, patterns, and insights;
- Learn APS policies and procedures to provide context for data analysis;
- Communicate insights and findings to leadership to support strategic decision making; and
- Participate in special research projects
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)
