Job Description
This full-time position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137 working in the Quality Improvement Department. Your general work schedule will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and twice a month 12:00pm - 8:30pm as discussed with supervisor. Flexibility may be needed to meet the needs of the facility for any schedule changes. This position reports directly to the Quality Improvement Manager.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. Years of service adjustments, shift differentials, and other targeted salary payments are applied to the total compensation of your paycheck and are subject to eligibility requirements of the appropriate differential.
This is a professional position responsible for maintaining quality standards at BHC. You will coordinate inquiries and investigations, report evaluation and assessment findings, monitor progress and prepare corrective action recommendations to management for approval. Monitor and evaluate various activities, attend meetings, advocate for staff and clients; Work independently while keeping supervisor abreast of progress and obstacles.
You need Three or more years of progressive experience with Quality Improvement positions or specialties. With at least two years working with developmental disabilities. One to two years of experience gathering, reviewing, analyzing data, and preparing reports with data.
Preferred Qualifications : Three or more years of progressive experience in Quality Improvement with Developmental Disabilities and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. A lack of post-secondary education will not be a sole disqualifying factor.
