Job Location: This full-time on-site position is located at
Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Regular work schedule will be 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturday, Sunday and state holidays as off days.
This second-level administrative support position performs a variety of clerical, printing, and mail related tasks in support of the Human Resource Office. Employees at this level are required to have a knowledge of the procedures and processes applicable to the performance of their work and to organize their work on a daily or weekly basis by exercising independence and judgment that is greater than lower-level positions.

What you’ll do: Perform all clerical support functions for the Timekeeping Office which includes but is not limited to:
- Manage and monitor the electronic Time Clock Plus System and Time and Leave System for the facility.
- Record employee leave entries.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Timekeeping, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation and payroll procedures.
- Enter, track, and compose correspondence related to Worker’s Compensations injuries.
- Participate in the preparation of standardized reports.
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain filing systems and prepare records for storage and or archiving.
All you need for success as an Administrative Support Assistant - Timekeeper: One to three years of relevant experience
. Current DMH employees applying for this position must be free of discipline for six months and have a good attendance record.
