- The Systems Analyst will oversee the development and management of application portfolios for each department and will attain all service level agreements for the user community within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
- Plans, coordinates, manages, and designs all operational activities of the IT department; provides direction for IT solutions that enhance mission critical business operations.
- Reviews the performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
- Develops business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending and initiatives.
- Formulates and deploys long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling cost effective information processing and communication technologies.
- Oversees negotiations and administration of vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
- Manages life cycle of IT projects; leads and monitors project performance and ensure project scope, time, and quality standards.
- Develops and reviews budget for and from IT department divisions; ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. • Three years’ experience managing IT operations AND two years supervisory experience. • Project Management certificate preferred. • ITIL v3 Foundations certified preferred. • A+ and Microsoft certificates preferred. • Must have a valid Class C Texas Driver's License.
