Job Summary Under the general direction of the Special Advisor to the Provost and with a dotted line report to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, the Assistant Director of Personnel is responsible for the strategic management and oversight of all personnel functions for the Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs divisional (non-college) units.
