Tulsa Welding School was founded in 1949 by two welders who recognized a strong demand for skilled tradesman in their industry. Over 60 years later, TWS has evolved into an educational institution that prepares students for various skilled trade careers with a multitude of specialties and applications. We train our graduates for the skills, knowledge, and the workplace attitudes that are essential when entering the professional world. Graduates who put forth the dedication, commitment to excel, and workplace experience in their welding, HVAC/R or electrical education, have the potential to obtain a lasting and rewarding welding career.

William Vanderbloemen is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and CEO and founder of Vanderbloemen Search Group, an executive search firm serving churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations. He is a regular contributor to several major publications including Forbes where he covers topics about having a strong faith and building a business, Fortune, and Outreach magazine. He has also been published through Fast Company, Entrepreneur, and Inc. Under his leadership, Vanderbloemen has won several culture awards and was named one of Forbes 2018 Small Giants companies. Vanderbloemen was also named #24 on Forbes’ Best Executive Recruiting Firms in America. In 2015 and 2016, the company placed in the top 5 of Entrepreneur.com’s Top Company Culture – Small Business Category in the nation and top 6 of Houston’s Best Places to Work by Houston Business Journal. Culture Wins is William’s third book following NEXT: Pastoral Succession That Works (2014) and SEARCH: The Pastoral Search Committee Handbook (2016). William holds degrees from Wake Forest University and Princeton Theological Seminary.

Salena James works a senior website designer and she is from Melbourne, Australia and graduated from the Victoria University. Her passion is to write about digital marketing technologies and latest educational trends. She provides eLearning consultancy services to various organizations.

Orlando Pacheco has served as Lancaster Town Administrator since March of 2005. Prior to serving as Town Administrator, Mr. Pacheco served as Aide to Mayor David T. Hildt of Amesbury Massachusetts. Mr. Pacheco has also served in various capacities with the Town of Andover and the US Social Security Administration. Orlando has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire at Durham. Mr. Pacheco is a recipient of the Bronze and Silver Congressional Award and is a 2 time Ronald E. McNair Scholar. Orlando is a member of the Massachusetts Managers Association, and serves as a management representative on the Massachusetts Municipal Association’s Energy and Environmental Policy Committee. He was also one of Governor Deval Patrick’s Appointee’s to the Regionalization Advisory Commission, established by the State Legislature.

Paul Palamattam is an MPA and MADIR candidate at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ with an anticipated graduation date of May 17th, 2014. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Diplomacy, a former intern of the NYC Mayor’s Office for International Affairs, and has worked on several political campaigns. His paper titled “Public Policy and SOPA: The Failure of Elite Theory and the Success of Political Process Theory” examining the public policy debate surrounding the Stop Online Piracy Act was published in the 2013 issue of Political Analysis.
