The Cucamonga County Water District is located in the western portion of San Bernardino County. The District provides water treatment, water distribution and sewer collection services to the City of Rancho Cucamonga, portions of the cities of Ontario, Fontana and Upland and some unincorportated areas of San Bernardino County. The District serves a population of 152,000 customers within a 47 square mile area. The District has 42,000 water customers and 32,000 sewer customers.
