    Institutional Advancement Business Coordinator

    Position Description
    Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • Embodies the Values Based Culture of TTUHSC by living out the university's core values of One Team, Kindhearted, Integrity, Visionary, Beyond Service.
    • Follows TTUS and TTUHSC Operating, Information Technology and Safety Policies, completing all training as required.
    • Supports finance and administrative functions of the IA Department.
    • Executes the TTUHSC gift acknowledgment process, ensuring all donor communications are accurate, timely, and professionally delivered.
    • Serve as liaison with Institutional Advancement and will be knowledgeable in Xtender, Banner and Anthology.
    • Coordinates holiday gift initiatives for the Office of the President and External Relations, including planning, tracking, and distribution.
    • Support the Stewardship Engagement Manager in maintaining timely stewardship materials.
    • Supports frontline fundraising staff by maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor portfolios within the database.
    • Assist the AVP of Institutional Advancement in the execution of Annual Appeals.
    • Support the Director of Alumni in managing projects and engagement initiatives.


    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
