Pay: $20.10-$30.64 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. *Must be available for inclement weather and emergencies

What you'll do
- Assist with concrete and asphalt repairs on streets, sidewalks, parking lots, and airport runways to maintain safe driving and walking surfaces.
- Support fencing repairs and fabrication including chain link, barbed wire, security grates, and gates to protect public and restricted areas.
- Perform mowing and landscaping work along streets and airfield areas to maintain clear sightlines and professional grounds.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, tractors, loaders, dump trucks, and snow equipment to support year-round operations.
- Remove trash and debris from streets, parking lots, and turf areas to keep City property clean and safe.
- Communicate by two-way radio with coworkers and the FAA control tower to support safe airfield operations.

Qualifications
REQUIRES - Completion of a trade school or a shop training program;
- OR 6 months experience in general maintenance and repair work.
- May be required to obtain a valid MO Class A,B, or C CDL prior to the end of the probationary period as determined by the department.
- Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen
- Ability to pass 10-year TSA Background Check
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to communicate in English to FAA Control tower and coworkers.
