    Position Description
    Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative operations for student rotators and residency program activities.
    • Assist with onboarding, scheduling, orientation, and credentialing processes for visiting students and learners.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program compliance, learner files, evaluations, and accreditation requirements.
    • Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, residents, and affiliated institutions regarding program-related processes and inquiries.
    • Support the Emergency Medicine Residency Coordinator with recruitment activities, interview coordination, and residency events.
    • Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and program communications in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor deadlines and ensure completion of required institutional and departmental processes.
    • Coordinate educational activities, conferences, and program events, including scheduling rooms and tracking attendance.
    • Assist with data entry and management within institutional systems and databases.
    • Promote effective communication and collaboration between faculty, residents, students, and departmental leadership.
    • Provide operational support to ensure continuity and efficiency within the Graduate Medical Education office.
    • Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental and institutional goals.


    Required Qualifications
    High school diploma plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
