    Job Summary

    The Venues Operations Division Manager is the Orlando Venues senior-level manager responsible for all services, contracts, and personnel involved in the operations, repair and overall maintenance for Orlando Venues: Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, Leu Gardens, and Mennello Museum. Responsibilities include providing direct leadership, management, and fiscal oversight of maintenance, changeover, janitorial, building systems, and capital projects for all Venues. Work is performed under the general supervision of Venues Deputy Chief Venues Officer. Performance is reviewed through conferences, reports submitted, and results obtained. Required to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years progressive management experience (10 years’ experience preferred); and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an NBA/NHL Arena, NFL/Collegiate Stadium, or major public assembly venue. Valid Florida Driver's License required.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
