Cerner EMR. 1 full time hospitalist. 1 part time hospitalist that helps cover weekends, holidays, and PTO. Also provides additional support on high census days if needed. 1 part time APRN on W, TH, F (morning only). Typical Census: 8-15 newborns per day / 0-2 pediatric patients per day. 90% of inpatient duties involve managing newborns, including nursery coverage. 10% of duties involve managing straightforward pediatric admissions such as basic ENT cases. No complex subspecialty care or PICU-level cases. Procedures Include: Circumcisions, emergency CPAP management, frenotomies, and excision of simple polydactyly.
