Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Respond to incidents, operational disruptions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site protocols for documentation and reporting; Document observations, unusual activity, and/or incidents in a timely manner and report concerns involving property, equipment, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel
