Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Monitor access control points by verifying identification, screening entrants, maintaining visitor logs, and helping to restrict unauthorized entry into controlled areas; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and conditions that may require security-related attention; Support daily operations by monitoring doors, gates, keys, and/or credential systems, communicating with site personnel, and reporting policy violations or maintenance concerns
