Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity monitoring, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and local authorities when needed; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, entrances, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor the movement of people, packages, and/or vehicles entering and leaving the location, reporting discrepancies, suspicious behavior, and policy violations according to post instructions; Support shipping and receiving operations by observing dock activity, maintaining awareness of restricted areas, and assisting with orderly traffic flow for deliveries, pickups, and/or visitor access
