    A well-established and multi-branch commercial contractor (Fire Suppression, HVAC, and Electrical) is immediately looking for mechanically inclined Fire Suppression Technicians to cover the Northern California area with occasional travel to Oregon.

    Fire Suppression Technicians will inspect, troubleshoot, perform verifications, service, repair, maintain and install a variety of UL commercial and multi-unit fire alarm systems, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, fire panels, and emergency lighting from a variety of brands.

    JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least three (3) years service and/or install fire alarm and life safety equipment and systems experience
    • Strong troubleshooting
    • Knowledgeable of city and state building codes, workplace safety requirements and standards, including the California Building Code (CBC), California Fire Code (CFC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards such as NFPA 10, NFPA 72
    • NICET I or Higher and/or CA State Fire/Life Safety Certification is an asset
    • Ability for overnight travel 1week/month (if needed)
    • Valid driver's license and clean MVOR
    SHIFT: Flexible, Days. No On call required

    COMPENSATION:
    • $38.00 - $48.00/hour+++
    • Paid Weekly through Direct Deposit
