Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate; Monitor doors, gates, screening points, and/or visitor management processes to help support authorized access, maintain orderly flow, and report suspicious or unauthorized activity; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, as assigned, while observing for security-related concerns, facility issues, and/or policy violations; Complete required logs, reports, and/or incident documentation, and communicate important updates during shift changes to help support continuity of site operations and security-related awareness
