    Job Summary
    West Bend is seeking a Loss Control Representative to join our team. This field-based position covers the Northwest and Central WI area, working from your home office.
    Responsibilities include conducting onsite risk assessments, physical surveys, investigating risk exposures/accidents, analyzing risk experience, developing service plans, and providing recommendations. You will consult with underwriters, communicate with agents to develop relationships and secure new business, manage a service territory, ensure safety planning, and conduct training presentations, sometimes on weekends.
    Qualifications include:
    3+ years of experience in safety, loss control, or related field
    Ability to service large/complex accounts independently and address loss drivers
    Willingness to coach, mentor, and engage with professional development
    Experience with multi-line insurance carriers
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
    Valid driver's license
    Preferred Education and Training:
    Bachelor's degree in Loss Control, Risk Management, Safety, Insurance, or related field
    Designations such as CSP, ASP, ARM, CRM, CIC, CPCU, etc.
