New Vista North Treatment Center: New Vista North Outpatient Recovery Center is our outpatient treatment facility that focuses specifically on drug addiction issues. Job Summary: The Opioid Treatment Program security guard is a cross-trained position that is responsible for the overall security of the patients, employees, and clinic grounds, as well as for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering calls, and managing patient records. Patient record management will entail, but is not limited to, entering patient demographics and insurance data into electronic medical records, and documenting patient interactions. This position requires an individual to demonstrate an ability to easily establish rapport, maintain healthy boundaries, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. In addition, the OTP security guard may assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned by OTP Program Director.
Security Guard Job Requirements: High school graduation or equivalent. 1-3 years' experience working with patients in a healthcare environment, preferred. Current driver's license. Registered Security Officer, preferred.
