Security Officer Lobby Operations

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by greeting tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific security-related procedures.; Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor registration and sign-in processes, issue temporary access materials as directed, and communicate clearly with building staff and authorized contacts.; Answer questions, provide directions, and support day-to-day front desk operations in a professional manner while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols.; Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.
