Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, while remaining alert to unusual activity and security-related concerns; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disorderly conduct, and policy violations while maintaining a professional presence; Support daily operations by reporting hazards, assisting with directions and general information, and completing assigned reports related to security-related activities
