Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and escalation protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts; Support a professional environment by documenting daily activities, assisting visitors and staff, and communicating clearly with site leadership and Allied Universal management
