Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and unusual activity in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to property management and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations; Monitor entry and exit activity to support authorized access, visitor processing, and delivery coordination in alignment with property policies; Observe and report maintenance concerns, lighting issues, hazards, and suspicious behavior to support a well-managed residential location
