Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government location.; Monitor visitor access, verify identification and/or credentials, maintain front desk logs, and help to support authorized entry procedures in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Answer phones, greet employees, visitors, and contractors, provide directions and information, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues through appropriate channels.
