Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor for theft-related activity, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and/or policy violations, and intervene within post orders while maintaining a professional presence.; Support access control and loss prevention efforts by checking restricted areas, observing high-traffic zones, and/or assisting with security-related escorts when requested.
