Summary
Determines the labor and machine resources required to accomplish production tasks. Uses time standards to establish, measure, monitor, and adjust the resource capacity limits or levels necessary to execute the production plan. Develops and uses time standards. Reports on capacity constraints that may hinder completion of the production planand provides methodologies to overcome those constraints. Performs detail shop scheduling and reporting to ensure production deliverables are completed to support downstream customers. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):2-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. Successful candidates must be able to secure Program Access approval. High School Diploma or GED - Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience):Mid-Level (Level 3): 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's Degree.
