Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a corporate technology location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support entry procedures in accordance with site protocols for a fast-paced business environment; Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance as needed
