    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for both inpatients and outpatients, including potential management of high-risk pregnancies and collaborative care with other specialists as needed.
    • Perform a variety of in-office procedures, potentially including biopsies, IUD insertions, and other gynecological interventions.
    • Deliver babies in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery.
    • Manage post-partum care for mothers and newborns, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns.
    • Provide ongoing patient education and counseling regarding women's health topics, treatment options, recovery plans, and follow-up care.
    • Manage patient care tasks and communication with the healthcare team to maintain efficient clinic operations and inpatient coordination.
    • Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures thoroughly and efficiently within the Athena and Meditech electronic medical records systems.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities (time permitting).

    Who You Are:

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a current and active license to practice medicine in Arkansas (only).
    • Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) (required).
    • Current BLS certification (required).
