Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail mall environment.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the mall, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control practices, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized presence.; Assist with de-escalation efforts, provide directions and general assistance to the public, and support crowd management during busy shopping periods and/or special events.
