Internal Medicine-Northeast Connecticut FQHC is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician Base salary $220,000+ Call is 3-4 weeks a year with stipend 20-25 patients per day on average After onboarding you have the option of a 4-day work week 2 locations Spanish speaking is a plus for 1 of the locations Sign-on bonus $10,000 5 weeks PTO along with 9 paid holidays and 4 days of CME Loan repayment through NHSC Full benefits including retirement, malpractice, life insurance, relocation allowance if applicable and more! Both clinics are located within 30-50 minutes to Hartford and 1.5-2 hours of Boston International airport located in Warwick, Rhode Island and Hartford, CT (both are within 1 hour and 10 minutes of the further clinic) J1 and H1B visa sponsorships available (H1B cap exempt) -
