PM&R Position. Interventional Training Not Required • Employed Opportunity in Physician Owned Practice • $350,000 Guaranteed Salary plus Bonus • Sign On Bonus & Relocation Stipend • See new patients & follow up visits • Oversight of Physician Assistants • All clinics outfitted with 2 C-Arms • Rotating through four clinics • 4 Weeks of vacation time per year • CME with $2,500 Stipend • $1,500 for licenses • Medical Malpractice • Full Benefits include: • Blue Cross Medical 100% of PPS employee premiums paid • Dental - 100% of PPS employee premiums paid • Vision 100% of PPS employee premiums paid • Critical Illness - 100% of PPS employee premiums paid • Long- and Short-Term Disability • Telemedicine Available • Basic & Supplemental Life & AD&D Insurance -
