Marksmen Security - - Responsibilities: Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.; Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.; Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.; Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues; Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
