In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with legal frameworks, and enhance information release processes within the Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities
Case Management: Respond to FOIA/PA/MDR requests, including complex litigation and appeals, ensuring thorough review and compliance with legal and policy requirements.
Analysis & Coordination: Assess requests, collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IC organizations, and prepare accurate, error-free documents for government action.
Policy Development: Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and interagency issuances on FOIA/PA/MDR processes.
Engagement: Represent the customer in IC working groups, such as the Information Management Council (IMC), and support collaborative initiatives.
Team Leadership: Coordinate daily activities of contractor personnel, ensuring coverage during leave or absences, and serve as the on-site lead for operational tasks.
Training: Develop and deliver effective training programs on FOIA/PA/MDR responsibilities, processes, and policy compliance.
Quality Assurance: Proofread and peer-review deliverables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer expectations.
Public Release Support: Ensure that information cleared for public release is accessible and compliant with applicable laws. Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or no degree with 7+ years Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience responding to FOIA/PA/MDR requests, including handling classified and sensitive information.
Proficiency in ensuring compliance with FOIA/PA/MDR requirements, statutory exemptions, and interdependencies across IC strategic plans.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with IC stakeholders for equity reviews and policy alignment.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams, coordinating activities, and managing operational coverage to ensure uninterrupted government support.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft formal recommendations, memos, and interagency issuances.
