Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hospital campus, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or potential hazards.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, directing visitors and vendors in accordance with location protocols and visitor management practices.; Support staff during routine and unexpected situations by communicating clearly, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following Allied Universal post orders and incident response procedures.
