Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate escalation and communication protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directions, and badge-related procedures while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.; Document incidents, observations, and/or policy concerns, and communicate with site leadership and first responders when appropriate.
