Blue Ops, a leader in advanced Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) production, is seeking a Marine Ops Technician to support the performance, safety, and reliability of marine equipment across Blue Ops' USV operations.
This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of marine systems, including engines, electrical, fuel, and cooling systems, as well as rigging, motor installations, and hull repairs. Working closely with technical and operations teams, the technician helps ensure equipment readiness, minimize downtime, and maintain safe, efficient on-water operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented marine technician with strong mechanical skills and experience in diagnosing, repairing, and rigging marine systems. Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work in demanding environments and support safe, efficient on-water operations.
