Summary
The Electronic Security Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating and delivering integrated security projects — including access control, video surveillance, intercom, and related systems. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, field technicians, and customers to ensure every project runs smoothly from kickoff to closeout.
This is an ideal role for someone who's managed construction or technology projects, or who's worked in the field as an installer or technician and is ready to take the next step into project management.
Responsibilities
Manage electronic security projects from planning through completionCoordinate schedules, materials, and resources with internal teams and subcontractorsCommunicate regularly with customers, provide updates and maintain strong relationshipsReview drawings, submittals, and change orders to keep projects on track and within scopeCollaborate with sales and estimating during handoff and throughout project executionOversee installation progress and quality standards in coordination with field techniciansTrack project budgets, timelines, and documentation through D-Tools and SharePointSupporting close-out documentation, commissioning, and customer trainingQualifications
2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a related roleBackground in electronic security, low-voltage systems, or access control is highly preferredStrong organizational and communication skills with a team-first mindsetAbility to manage multiple active projects and adapt to changing prioritiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with D-Tools or similar software is a plusValid driver's license and clean driving record Required*S.A. Morman is a non-smoking, drug testing facility that does comprehensive background checks and physical.
Compensation details: 60000 Yearly Salary
